Hi, I was wondering whether anyone is using a cooler underneath their pavilion, and which one they are using? Just got mine back from repair under warranty service enhancement, and I want to maximize the life of it :(

Well I do not own a dv6000, but I have a MacBook Pro and a Dell XPS M1730.I am using the Zalman NC2000 notebook cooler. It really keeps the temperature of my XPS and MBP lowerthan usual.

I got the smaller Zalman cooler before I knew they made a larger one and I love it. Now that there is a larger one I wish I had it, because the laptop seems big on the smaller one.

I don't have a dv6000, but I picked up the Rosewill 17'' Notebook Cooler Model RNA-7000W from Newegg and really like it. It's not the most comfortable on the lap, but it doesn't look like many of them are. So I built an oak "frame" for it that is vented for the fans, and now I think it's perfect.
