    Hello,

I have used Windows Vista Home Premium for a few months on my laptop HP DV8228ea.
I saw on the site of HP in the drivers for Vista that there was an update of the bios version F.23A

Do the updates of the bios always frighten me, I will thus like to know so some among you one makes?
Does that improve operation of Vista (management of the battery, processor, etc)?

I suppose that the laptop HP do not have a system of safety in the event of crash landing of the update of the bios (not of dual bios or other)?

    Thank you,
    best regards, Thomas.
