    Hi there,

New to the forums. Anyhow, i just recently received my HDX 16T laptop. I was testing out the video using the Darkknight BD. I was kinda dissapointed to notice that my video was somewhat saturated and was more on the cool level. My friend and i compared the video on his Sony Laptop and noticed a significant difference. His was sharper and the colors were alot more vivid. The black was solid on his while mine was more on the grey side. The brown on his was brighter while as mine they were on the duller side.

We were both trying to figure out if it could be the video software. So we did a test. I had him switch back the standard video playback software that came with his laptop. When he did we noticed a decrease in video quality by 10 percent, in comparison to using Power DVD.

So i installed Power DVD on mine and as a slight performance, however i still see that my display is saturated. Is there anyway to calibrate the video? Id really like to have my blacks more solid and the other colors less dull. Has anyone tweaked their video? If so how and can you post what number setting you have? Thanks.
