Hi, I recently purchased a dv6tse (i7, with lightscribe blu-ray, 1 gb video card, 8gb ram), and just tried to play a blu-ray for the first time yesterday and had a problem with jerky play, with a sort of clicking noise coming from the speakers (goes away when sound is off). The clicking noise correlates to the "skipping" of the blu-ray player. I am using the default hp mediasmart. I was online with customer service and all they had me do was update the software, but the problem is still not fixed. DVD's work normally. I know I have enough hardware for the playback so this is really irritating me. I thought I saw somewhere in the forums something about the dvd/blu-ray drives clicking, but thought that it was more of a physical clicking as opposed to during playback. Is anybody else experiencing this problem? Is there a solution? It will really make me reconsider my purchase if I can't do this simple task out of the box with the near maxed-out hardware I have
