    Hi all,
I'm using an HP NC4000 and today suddenly my HP Bluetooth software didnt recognised the card and says that the HP Card is not turned on or not properly installed. It is an internal card and I had no problem with it for about 2 months. I checked in the Device manager and the hardware is still ok with no question mark and of course, it's on. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks

it could be that something got sweitched around in the settings. By this I mean that the BT still functions but something in the settings is causing confusion and it is unable to access/contact the card.
try one of the following: rollback the drivers/turn off the BT and do a full reboot then turn the card back on/roll back the clock on the system ie do a sys restore to a date that you know it was working(this won't effect the rest of the comp so no worries there).

aside from that Im not sure why it won't work.

hope this helps in some way
