The dv9000t is my first exposure to Bluetooth technology. For $15 (the cost of a sync cable), it sure is a great investement! I bought a Palm Treo 700wx (VZW) to replace my old phone and it sync'ed right up with the dv9000t using Bluetooth and ActiveSync after only minimal setup. No cables! What else can Bluetooth do on the 9000t??! :)

You can listen to music playing on your dv9000t, via a Bluetooth headset. If you use voice chat programs such as Skype, you can use a Bluetooth headset for voice chatting. This will liberate you from the notebook.

You can also use it to store music, pics, videos etc on your Palm Treo or anyone cell phone or Palm Treo.
There is also bluetooth modems, mostly found in cell phones (I think your Palm MIGHT be a bluetooth modem)
    Bluetooth printers.
Just letting the knowledge out there.
