I'm constantly either jerking on my wired headsets or wires are getting caught in something, so I'm considering a bluetooth headphone.

I am wondering if anyone is using bluetooth stereo headphones via the built-in bluetooth in DV9000t and/or DV6700t. Does either model support stereo headphones? What brand/model headphones do you use and would you recommend? A headphone to listen to music, watch videos, use with dictation software and work with my cell phone would be perfect.

I had been successfully using iTech R35 clip stereo bluetooth headset with my 6700t up until I lost it couple of weeks back. So I ordered a Sony DS980, and it should be delivered within couple of hours now. Will post back the results here.

I use a Motorola S9 with no problems but now I think the battery's a little low. I'll buy a new set or have the battery replaced but I'll probably stick to it because it's stereo and very comfortable. I also use it around my neck as a mic with a speech recognition software.

That Sony DS980 headset seems to have a lot of cables for a BT headset.

Yea i have an S9, and it is great, just buy it from the store or make sure that its not fake if you buy it online, otherwise the s9 i believe to be the best. You should be able to use it with you mp3 player too, but you would need to buy an accessory for that.

Thanks all for the input. At least now I know stereo headphones will work with my notebooks.

Sony headset looks impressive, especially with LED display.

I like what I read about the S9 so far and think this has the functions I need. I especially like the styling and size. Now, I got to search to see who has the best price.

I have a dv9700t and I use the Bluetooth Stereo Headphones - Sony DR-BT22 and it works great. I got it on sale at Best Buy for $79.99.

A little update about the Motorola S9. Mine is over a year old and the battery died, so I called customer service and they said that they don't replace the battery, they replace the whole thing but only with headphones less than a year old. So it's basically a headset that last less than two years.
