Hi, I recently placed my Compaq Presario notebook on hibernate and when I came back I turned it on and there was no blue light on the wireless. There is a post that has the same problem as mine, but the difference is I'm not in the U.S and there is not an official HP/Compaq tech around here. It would help if anyone would give any tips/follow-ups to try to fix this. What I've done so far is Reinstalling drivers, system restores.

    Thanks in advance...this is frustrading

UPDATE: found out that a lot of people are having this problem these days... http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/forums/index.cfm?action=showthread&threadid=308850&forumid=18

Ok, after a couple of tries in looking for a solution, found out that if I go to "safe mode with networking" it works, the wireless light comes on blue... if anyone is having this problem and tries this and works, please post it here and if not please post also...
