I am now confused to get a DV2000t or a XPS M1210. I dont care about money. Just someone give a comparison on both of them. Please provide it. I will be very thanfull if some one who uses a DV 2000t.

I hate the 9 cell battery on the dv 2000t

    Well, the Dell XPS has:

    -Up to T7600 processor
    -12.1'' screen
-A 6 Cell battery (upgradeable to 9 cell)
    -A GeForce Go 7400
    - Option for 7200 RPm HDD
-And Dell offers up to 4 gigs RAM
    -Weighs 4.37lbs

    The HP dv200t has:

    -14.1'' screen
    -Up to T7200
    -Geforce Go 7200
    -Lightscribe option
    -Weighs 5.3lbs

*Also, why do you hate a 9 Cell battery, it gives more life to your computer, when it's unplugged.

Also, the dv200t doesn't come with a 9 cell, it comes with a 6 cell upgradeable to 12 cell.

Personally I would choose the dv2000t, because it looks better, feels better, and you know your warranty is going to be a good one. Also, the Dell XPS with the communications package has been having SO many problems... with drivers...

when a 9 cell battery is fixed to the machine - the machine's height increases...the battery is down...while the xps it bulges out.......
