I finally decided to buy a HP 6910p. It meets all my requirements and I particularly like the fact that you can use a 12 cells ultra battery.

But I'm in Canada and it doesn't seem I'm able to buy it from HP Canada website. A search for 6910p returns nothing interesting. On the US website, you are able to customize it before buying.

There are some place like TigerDirect or ebay where I could buy it but no customization is possible.

Why is that? What would you suggest me?

    Thanks in advance!

Not sure why they don't have a customization option. There have been rumors that the 6910p will be replaced by a 6930p model soon, so they may just be restricting sales to prebuilt models.

    Thanks for the replies.

I guess I'll have to buy it from a reseller but finding a package that includes the docking station and the 12 cells battery doesn't seem to be easy. I guess I'll have to buy some parts separately.
