    I will get the what looks prettier to her, she'll take looks over build (vostro/T61).

    Any good specials or coupon codes or wait till better deal comes along the way.

    Look at the HP/Compaq info thread **Please read before posting** Sticky Thread. There is a Student Discount and Coupons thread link in there that will have information on any coupon codes and discounts. You can also just google HP coupons and it'll bring up any coupons that are being offered at the moment.

    be careful witht he DV series man...i work at a tech shop and ive seen a ton of DV series coming in with dead vid cards (which means new mobo, and that aint cheap)

    good luck on the purchase, and FYI: get the best warrenty you can.
