    COMPAQ PRESARIO V6500 - Builtin speaker problem

    I bought this laptop two months back, on sunday i was listening to song in the internal speakers ( Altec lancinsg speakers built in to it ). I kept the volume to 100 % after the song finished placing this problem started like
    the sound from the speakers was terrible and not at all clear and also from the right side speaker alone i was able to hear some noise when i try to play anything. But the same sound was clear in my headphones and it work perfectly..

    Please let me know is this a hardware issue i also tried reinstalling the driver but still the same issue, below is my laptop config

    AMD TURION 64X2 TECHNOLOGY
    2GB RAM
    160 GB HARD DRIVE
    BUILT-IN CARD READER
    WIRELESS & BLUETOOTH
