Rmclock shows that CPU load is constantly around 60% but OS load is around 5%.

Also in Task Manager, the load (not sure whether it is OS or CPU load) is around 5%.

What is the difference between the two? How to tell what is using CPU load?

See it a device driver is acting weird. Also kill all the bloatware.

I got the same issue with RMclock. the temps dont indicate such a load and processexplorer doesnt indicate any device driver issues and neither does task manager.

Which of the Load Determination settings are you using in RMClock's management tab? I use average of CPU Core loads and I don't see much difference betwwen CPU load and OS load.

hmm I use an average too but still see that happening. Doesnt always and well cpu temp doesnt climb it stays around 22-28C like right now.

22 - 28 degree? Dude, I am jealous! Mine is hovering around 40-50 Centigrade.

CPU load is always around 50% and fan is always on. What's wrong?

hmm are u using max performance or perf on demand?

with urs there is definitely some issue here, mines running at 30C now and never gets to 50 unless im playing a game or encoding.

download processexplorer (cant remember link, google it) it shows things that task manager doesnt

back down to 28C now lol

What is your CPU and machine config?

    30 C for a CPU? That's amazing. Are you sure that's not a misread?

mine's a C2D T7200 2ghz just like urs. i keep it on perf on demand rather than max performance so it stays cool.

dunno if its misread, ive used nhc, mobmeter and rmclock and i think everest too and they all have the same reading
