When I ordered my ZBook 17 G2 laptop, I also got the Windows 7 OS DVD and the Driver DVD.

Is it safe for me to delete the recovery partition, since I have those DVDs? I don't need to create any recovery media before deleting the partition, do I? I could just use those 2 DVDs I have to reinstall the OS and HP applications, right?
