HP_TOOLS & Recovery partitions. 20GB of wasted space. Can I delete the both of them?

I noticed in HP_TOOLS there is mention of BIOS files..does the BIOS on these laptops seriously need that partition to always be active?

    Thanks!

Make sure that you make recovery discs, and then you can delete both of those partitions, you will just lose the hard drive based recovery functionality
