    Can I dual boot a 64 bit OS on my 8510-p with xp-32

    on it now , or do both OS have to be 64 bit ?

    yes you can dual boot with whatever OS's you want regardless of 32/64bit. Through you will need to install (x64) drivers and programs seperately
