    That is the question.

    I wanted to stick with ubuntu for a while.

    Can I sell this copy to someone for a fresh and legit install ? or is this upgrade only functional to my notebook's serial number ?.

    In North America "illegal" is not only a familiar word, it is the most familiar even in Spanish :D

    Agreed. But unless education gets a new direction from scratch, there is no way a country can change its mentality over a few years. Indications are politicians don't care. Sad, but true.
