    hi i have dv6790ej with gefroce 8400G ms 512 mb
    i am using windows xp sp 3
    i was wondring can i make it shared memory with my card
    cuz i have 4 Gb of memory and windows detect only 3 GB ram
    so basicaly 1 G is lost
    so i wonder can i trubocache it with my Geforce 8400 ?

    Turbocache allocates memory automatically. If Windows doesn't detect it, I think your card can't and won't use it. You need to upgrade to the 64-bit edition of XP if your memory cannot be detected.

    but when i had windows vista sp 1
    it showed card memory 256 mb
    and shared memory 1495
    How can it be?
    vista was 32 bit os
