I was told I am able to make a clean windows install disk from a factory shipped DV5T. Is this true? Did I not need to buy a Windows Vista Anytime Upgrade disk to do a fresh format without bloat?

It doesnt work for HP's recovery image. It only works for a few..

Youve purchased the disc already, no need to bother.
