    Hello..

I was wondering if you can install two operating systems on the HDX. Since it has two hard drives could you install Windows 7 on one and XP pro on the other and boot up into the one you need at the time? I tried switching the hard drive with windows 7 into the other bay and it doesn't seem to recognize it. Is one bay used just as a storage bay and the other for an operating system? I can't seem to find any info on this anywhere on the web? I currently have two 500 GB 7200 rpm Seagate drives in my HDX.

    Thanks in advance!

P.S. Is one bay for the operating system and the other not? Which one? Are there supposed to be two drives in the computer at all times? Questions, questions, questions!

you can install multiple operating systems on any pc. you can put them on seperate drives or you can partition one drive and put them all on one drive. youll get a black screen on startup with option of which os you want to boot into and after a given time it will automatically boot into the default os.

Thanks! Can you install a different operating system after you have already installed one on a drive at any old time or do you need to do this ahead of time, during the partitioning phase, etc..
