    Can't adjust screens brightness?

    I don't know what I did, I used to be able to adjust it but now when I click the buttons (f2 and f3) It does nothing.. I tried searching online for a solution but I couldn't find anything. Does anyone have any idea why this happening? System Restore isn't an option cause it's been months, and now it's really starting to bother my eyes at night.

    F2 . It can reset name for document , text or any other products ;
    F3 . Search Button . You can search any document you need in your document ; when you open browser , you can use it search any words you need .

    No, much functions keys are enabled, just that I can't adjust screens brightness. I can't even change it when I change my power plan to "Power Saver" and such

    Yeh this always happens to mine and also even my old dv7 HP laptop. Best bet is to go into power options and adjust it through there. That works for me but I do agree it is indeed annoying that the buttons fail to work sometimes. Also, after you restart your laptop, you will find they work fine. Just after a day or so, it sometimes reoccurs.
