have you tried starting in safe mode, logging in to the hidden administrator account and trying to install it from there?

    Hey,

Sorry for the old bump. But it's ok to install a bios update via safe mode? I will try this, but I'd like to be sure it's safe.

should be safe to flash a bios in safe mode since it wont have anything to do with Windows itself.

have u tried creating another administrator in user accounts and flashing the bios through that?
