So I ordered a dv9500t Friday evening, and I decided to go with another laptop(got a better deal) so I canceled my order. Well I called Saturday, and the customer support told me that I would have to call back M-F, because the cancelation department doesn't work weekends. So I called this morning, and I'm told that my laptop is in production, and there is no way to cancel the order. I'll have to receive the laptop, and then return it, so I can get refunded. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning the laptop, I just want my order canceled. Any suggestions, help me out please.

If the company you bought it from can't help you, how can this forum?

I don't know how to put this nicely but, you filled in the order form, entered your credit card and pressed BUY. They went through the hassle of building it for you, you're just going to have to go through the hassle of returning it.

You entered a business agreement and then changed your mind, what do you want?

Not a agreement, but a purchase. Thanks for the constructive input, but all I was looking for was a way to possibly cancel. If there isn't it's not a big deal, I'll just schedule a pickup return.
