Hello all! I was thinking of getting the HP Expresscard TV Tuner to capture my home movies. Is this a good enough card to do this with? Has anyone else done this and been successful? Is there a better alternative than HP's card? I found this on Ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290207782211&category=3761&sspagename=rvireg:1:1
Seems like a good price. It's a hell of a lot better than at HP's website.
My video camera just has composite out (red, white, yellow), no firewire or USB.

    Thanks for the help guys!

I don't mind having the TV tuner, that'll be nice. Unfortunately, I have used the Pinnacle Dazzle for my desktop and I had all sorts of problems with it. It would drop frames all the time and the video would be awful no matter what compression I used. So I would like to steer clear of them for now.

Has anyone used their Expresscard for capturing video? If so what was the result? Thanks.
