    so its been on clearance delay in alaska since the 13th any idea how long this kind of thing takes? :< its estimated to be here on the 16th but thats not obviously happening since its still in alaska on delay... :<

    Did your laptop have a water-cooling system? You know they're not allowing any liquids to fly these days... ;-)

    Sorry, bad joke. Mine went through Anchorage also. I think it cleared that step, but I can't tell for sure yet. Will let you know.

    You can call FedEx and see what they tell you. Sometimes their tracking screens shows more then the average persons.

    yea thats how i found out actually thats how i found out my real tracking # the one hp sent me was an incorrect tracking # and i had to call fedex to get the real one :/

    I have called several times they say its just u.s customs having delays and they cant do anything about they say :(

    if it passed clearancy today when would i find out? does fedex only update in the evening?

    Mine's been updating more than once a day -- don't know if it's real-time or certain fixed times of day.
