    Clearance delay, oh no?

    I ordered a dv2700t from the hp website. CHecking the tracking status from fedex, it now says clearance delay in Anchorage. I have heard horror stories about this clearance delay business, should i be worried? Anyone else have the same problem with a recent shipment?

    Don't worry guy, it's normal. Mine got into Clearance Delay Status on June 16th, 2007 10:31 PM and got International Shipment release on June 22nd 10:36 AM (yeah, 6 days on Clearance Delay). But after that it took just one day to get to Fedex Office (it arrived on June 23rd at 12:05pm and at 12:45pm, I was there to pick it up...Yeah I WAS DESPERATE :)), so don't worry about it.

    I ordered a dv6700t on July 3rd and it was shipped on July 9th. It's been stuck in clearance delay in Anchorage since July 10th. I had paid for two business days shipping, and have been refunded that money, as well as an additional $25 for the trouble. I still don't know when I will receive my order. FedEx is waiting for paperwork from HP. It was told by an HP Rep at the most, it should take up to three days to resolved this issues. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. It's expected arrival date was today at 10:30AM.
