Ok, my problem is, that my Laptop begins to lagg when I put out the power cabel.
without the power cabel i cant play anything, because he do not start directX :D

    my pc got this stats:
    Manufacturer: Hawlett - Packard Compaq
Processor AMD V140 Processor 2.30 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 2.00 GB (1,74 usable)
System Type 32 - bit Operating System

wahts the best system for my pc, until now i have windows 7 but i was thinking about to take Windows XP (do I have more power with XP?)

    Second question:

You shouldn't be gaming on battery power to begin with.
Secondly since you have windows 7, I'd say your a bit low on the ram side.
Get a better processor in hopes of getting better gaming is a no go. Gaming is more graphics intensive.

As for the processor upgrade which laptop do you have exactly (cq56-???) as there are different ones.

Have you ever used compressed air to clean out your laptop? If not, that'd be a good idea as well.

If all CQ56 laptops are based on the same motherboard platform the CPU can certainly be changed out.

    BTW...the 207SG should have a dual core. Not a V140 single.
