I've recently purchased a Compaq Model SR5505F. It came pre-installed with Windows Vista and it could not operate with my business so I decided to install a fresh version of Windows XP. I now have a problem accessing internet.

I checked the Device Manager and the network card is a "NVIDIA nForce". Could anyone help me locate a driver that would install and work with Windows XP? On the Compaq website, they would only offer Vista drivers so I have no use for it.

    Thanks in advance.

    Greetings,

Ive recently prefromed a scucessfull downgrade to Windows XP Pro SP3 On My SR5505F And It Runs Great The driver that you are missing is the SR5505F nForce Motherboard Driver anyway Here Is The Driver, and i had to 7-Zip It up otherwise it wloud not fit on my document server so you can download 7-zip here. once you extract motherboard drivers keep them in a safe place, such as an online storage drive or burn them to a cd labeled "SR5505F XP Motherboard Downgrade Drivers" as I did prior to the downgrade.
