This computer works fine and tests normal until I turn it off to restart. It will try to start over and over, not finishing post. I have to unplug, remove power and cmos battery for about 10 minutes. It then will start and run fine until I restart.

I have run diagnostic on memory and hard drive and OK. HP says I need a new board HA. It came with Vista and it continually tried to reboot. Ran recoveryand no help. Installed XP and it actually worked fine for a few weeks and then back to same problem.

    Any ideas?
