Does anyone know if this notebook is available in North America or will it be available? So far, I've only seen in it Asia. I would love it if HP made their own version of this notebook that would look like the HP's DV models like the DV1000 and come with Quickplay and the remote like with the DV's.

I looked at HP India's site and found this is a consumer notebook. And hasn't HP always released their own version of Compaq's consumer notebooks....or is it the other way around? Like with the HP DV1000/Compaq V2000, HP DV4000/Compaq V4000, HP ZV6000/Compaq R4000, etc.

By the way, here's some pictures of it.

I believe this unit's been out in Asia for a little while now. I don't think there are any plans on bringing this model or a similar model to North America.

I thought it was being released in North America, but I was wrong. Never mind. They should release it here though.
