    Hey guys i have a problem w/ my laptop.
    My laptop is CQ42-277TU

    Eveverytime i tried to shutting down my laptop, it won't shut down

    After the Shutting down appeared, the sceen is blank but the power button still ON and it was some noise inside laptop. So everytime i shutdown my laptop, i have to force my laptop to shutdown using the power button.

    I have re-installed my windows but the problem doesn't solved.
