    Any similar laptop owners out there? I wanted to know if you've done some upgrades to your unit.

    I got a CQ43-206tu and I've been wanting to upgrade it because I wanted to keep it since I got it from my late mother. When I tried checking with chat support he said I could only go up to an i5 processor, although I've been wanting to upgrade to an i7 at the most.
