    Is there any way I can get this thing directly from HP for less than the 'street' price? They're going for like $50 a pop on that auction site and similar from e-tailers. The cable on mine broke off from the PCB whilst I was fiddling with the laptop opened.

    Go figure, after a week I found a way to keep the cable in place without the black tab (that I lost) and I break the cable itself creating a problem 20x as bad.

    I honestly don't want to dish out $50 for a power button board... anybody have any ideas?
