I just recently purchased online a Compaq Presario R3000T-dedicated series customize notebook along with the Expansion Base. The credentials for my notebook are below. I was just curious if someone can give me feedback on the Expansion Base and the Compaq notebook seeing as how this is my first time purchasing from HP/Compaq. Thank you!

The expansion base is designed to turn your notebook into a desktop unit. The base provides all the connections available on your notebook, including speakers at the center of the base (where the HP logo is). All your devices can be connect to your base, so when you need to leave, just grab the unit and you're done. No need to unplug all those cables for your mouse, KB, speakers, printer, etc... There's only 1 cable that connects the unit to the base.
Here's a picture on how the unit will look like when docked in the expansion base.

Yeah, I watched the demo on the Compaq site about the Expansion Base and I was so impressed that I went ahead and purchased it. Do you have it; if so, have you had any problems with it?
