Hi, I'm in Canada and i've been looking at laptops for a little while now and I found one that i like quite a bit. But since i don't know much about laptops i'd just like to ask if anybody here has had this laptop or if somebody could take a quick look at it and tell me what you think. Like I said i think its a good one but since i don't know much about laptops i'd like a few more opinions on it.

It's a V3000z (aka HP dv2000z) series notebook, nice if you want something easy to carry and aren't into 3D games (it has the best shared memory GPU available though). The sale price is impressive.

As Brian said, it's the Compaq v3000z laptop.

I've seen them in stores, and they are very sharp looking laptops! Also, they are very similar to the HP dv2000 series, but without the video camera and microphones built in.

Great, lightweight notebook, as long as you aren't into the latest games....

Thanks for the replies. I just have one more question about it, would it be able to run vista well or will the video card not handle it?

I bought Compaq Presario V3015CA from Best Buy a week ago, and I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase so far.
