    Anyone here see or own this notebook? Ive read off cnet "The system's 14-inch BrightView wide-screen display features a 1,280x768 native resolution; we found that it looked a bit dim." This concerns me because I am going to be mainly watching video on this machine. Any comments on this or the notebook in general would be excelent, thanks.

    I don't know about that, I think the V2000/dv1000/L2000 displays are pretty darn good for the price. There have been a few complaints though, maybe CNET just got a dud.

    I have not seen that particular model, but the v2000s I have seen have been pretty good. They sell them at most retailers who sell laptops if you want to check them out.
