    Go with DDR2 667. The memory will top out at DDR2 644(321MHz) instead of DDR2 667(333MHz) but it will definately be a bit faster than DDR2 533(266MHz) memory. Ofcourse for everyday usage there wont be much difference between the two speeds but you should see some benefits especialy in memory bandwidth intensive benchmarks.

    Latency is a bit higher on the DDR2-667 (bad), but AMD's integrated memory controller can make effective use of the higher bandwidth (good). On an Intel notebook the choice would be more questionable but I'd still lean towards DDR2-667.
