    Would the Broadcom decoder card (BCM970015) work in this old notebook using the slot for the wifi card, or does the HP whitelist prevent from using anything other than originally intended?

    I would like to give this notebook a little upgrade, as it struggles with flash video (especially in full screen). This Crystal HD decoder sounds like it would do the job, while taking away stress from my weak Sempron cpu.....
