    I did a search on google for the Compaq X6000 since I've been anxiously waiting for it & I was surprised that Compaq already had a troubleshooter manual for the X6000.     The original website was not in english though. Any more clues on the release date? Thanks!

    I didn't know the X6000 has been officially released by HP. If not, you're probably looking at early 2005.

    I called HP today and the customer rep said mid-December, though that rep seemed pretty confused with compaq & hp that he might be referring to the HP that's coming out in Decmber though. I'll try to call again tomorrow. Really excited about this computer :)
