    Compaq screen b/t xp loading

    How do I remove or change the compaq pic in between loading xp it's starting to bug. It shows for about 2 seconds before the xp login screen. Any help is appreciated.

    What model do you have?

    sometimes there is an option in the BIOS

    I think he meant the Compaq background before the login screen appears.
    I have no idea as well.

    Yep exactly what fill2k said. It's right before the winxp login screen. It shows some ugly compaq wallpaper then loads the wallpaper i really wanted. I recently got a v2410us I'll be writing a review up soon as i take some pics.
