Has anyone tried upgrading a Celeron 1.3 to a Centrino cpu. I was hoping that I could do so. If they have, if the fan turning on less often since the Centrino should run cooler. Also, is the cpu in this machine easily accessible or does the entire thing need to be taken apart. Thanks

Replaced my Celeron processor with a Centrino 1.4 cpu. The laptop runs much cooler and the battery lasts more than an hour longer. I no longer have the fan cycling on and off. Great, inexpensive upgrade.
