    1. Go to www.hp.com

    2. Click on Software & Troubleshooting

    3. Type in your product name (example, dv9000)

    4. Click on your product

    5. Click on Manuals

    You will know be able to download the pdf version of the manuals for your product. This includes all technical information and a step by step process of how to completely take apart your product.
