    Hi,

I have been passed a Compaq Presario CQ70. However the screen is totally smashed. I want to connect this to my TV using a VGA or HDMI cable. However when I connect this the display does come on the TV. Even when I have pressed the FN and I0I button. The laptop might not have even got to the login screen so was wondering how can I force this to display on my TV.

    Cheers..

    Liam.
