Hey everyone, I'm looking to buy this laptop but I've seen some youtube vids showing crazy keyboard flex. I'm coming from a 6 year old Thinkpad and I do some pretty intensive typing. So how bad is the flex for u guys? Was I just seeing a lemon? I love everything else about the laptop. Don't care much about the "orange gate".

I think the keyboard flex is hit or miss. My Envy 15 only has some on the left side if you press really hard (like, hard enough that you should never press that hard, or you might break something).

On mine, it's noticeable if you press down on it fairly hard. But it's never been noticeable during typing, which is when it counts.

On the Envy I played with, I noticed a little keyboard flex around the WAS keys, not much else.

What I did notice was how stiff and unresponsive the touch pad was. Clicking and dragging was almost impossible.

As far as the touch pad goes.. i've read that its either a love, hate, or just something u gotta get used to. I dont mind buying a mouse for it as long as its a good typing experience.
