    I purchased an HP laptop on 03/18/2013 and it finally shipped 04/07/2013. Costco said that I should have received it within 10-15 business days and we are not sitting at business day 16. My order is showing as picked up in Shanghai China but has not moved for almost two days. It missed the plane on Sunday, Monday, and it looks like the plane for today. What is up with that? Is anyone else having this problem?

    If it was a custom build, that sounds about right. Costco probably shouldn't have committed to the 10-15 days.
