Could I use program like Nero, Sonic to duplicate it?

Apparently there is a trick where you search for HPCD.sys (i think that was what it was called) in both your OS and recovery partition and then rename them to .bak. This enables you to burn another set of recovery discs.

Once you have already burned a copy, why go through this? Make a copy of the discs you burned.

I made an ISO of each disk, and have that stored on a backup drive too.

Always burn using a RAW format (copying bit based) rather than file format (copying file based), just in case there is some copy protection.

well orev at least when you do this trick you run less a risk of getting a corrupt copy as when burning from iso formats and such nero doesnt let you verify the data after, and at least if ever u do lose your disc copies, you always have the chance of making a new one this way. All about backing up your backups of your backups.
