First question: I have a dv2500tw and im wondering how i can allocate more memory towards the graphics card. It has the 8400gs 64mb.

Second Question: I want to ask those of you that have the dv2700t verve edition if it gets really hot! My girlfriends old computer had the AMD chip and it got extreamly hot even after the bios update. Would you guys recommend the dv2700t verve or should i just get her the dv2700t with the new intel chip? Mine has the merom core and it gets kind of hot when its left on for long but ive read and heard the new intel chips dont get as hot. Any input would be appreciated.

    1) You cant, 64mb is your dedicated memory. Theres also turbocache but this is allocated automatically which can use up to 800+mb of your system ram

    2) No its not really the CPU that gets hot, its the HDD because it just sits millimeters below. I do recommend getting the intel chip.

Since you have the verve, would you say that it gets hot?
