I have noticed a low gpu usage when I am outdoor with big landscapes. This is a bottleneck, isn't it? An I3 with 6770m.

You would have been better off with a i5/i7 for gaming.
It probably is bottlenecking it. -
Of course! But there was a 200€ difference between both of them! So, if it is because of the cpu, i have nothing to do, any program for testing cpu usage like msi afterburner is doing with gpu usage?

Hi Tiner.
Download and install an software called "HWInfo64".
When starting the software, you will be asked if you want to start the software with only sensors, do this. This will give you an chart with temperature of all the sensors in your PC, including CPU and GPU. It also shows how many % of the cores of both your CPU and GPU is utilized in realtime, and what they reach at max.
That will give you the opportunity to check to see what the bottleneck in your system is. If all your CPU cores are at 100% and your GPU is utilized belov 80-90%, then the CPU is an bottleneck, But i would assume that its still your GPU which is the bottleneck, as the I3 is quite an strong processor., and Crysis is known for requiring an powerfull GPU.
Good luck,
Edit:
Edited away incorrect info, thanks for the heads up Saturnotaku!

No Core i3 CPUs (save for the ULV 2340UE) have Turbo Boost.

I'm trying that next time.
But the last time I played the game I installed Core temp with a cpu usage plugin. And these are my results.

even the cpu does not use 100% power......
