    Hi all.
I have made DISC Recovery for my laptop. But unfortunately, it was fail and didn't work. Now, I want to make DISC Recovery again. When I do, Recovery Manager say that :" DISC Recovery already is made and one set of DISC Recovery is made once time". Tell me the way to resolve this problem.
    Thank!!!

On HP Support in the area of drivers there is an option to purchase recovery DVD. This is the easiest option to fix your problem.

You can call HP Support and tell them the recovery disc's made with your PC failed and what is the solution. Perhaps you can convince them to send you the recovery DVD's at no cost or they may have a technique to reset the recovery CD/DVD process.

I would just order the DVD and instead of having to deal with HP Support.

HP Support is rated last by Consumer Reports and I think that rating is much too high.

HP has good driver support (website support), nice notebook design, and terrible phone support and quite a few quality problems with it's Pavillion notebook line.

Search for hpcd.sys and delete. Then try making the disks again.
