I've got a problem with the cyberlink youcam on my HP Compaq laptop. For some reason, when I attempt to use the cam during video calls online, regardless of the site I choose to use, my image appears upside down. I have scanned the system for viruses and it hasnt helped. Also, when I access the cam on the desktop the image appears the right way up. I'm thoroughly confused because I don't know what's causing it and I can't fix the problem as I simply don't know where to look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried anything else to check if it's your webcam or the software?

Yes, I've checked through all the software and it seems to be fine. As for the cam itself, I would have thought that a problem with the cam itself would mean that the display image would be upside down when I access it from the desktop, but it isnt.
